I vote for pair D. Pari C is nice but you can't see your nicely painted toes! D looks nice and comfy too (although I can't wear shoes that grab my big toe, but I think you don't mind that.)
I think A are cute, but so pricey! (I'm such a cheapskate). I like the little pink thing, it says "J" to me. Also, a shoe that has "Flirt" in the name is awesome.

My favorite is D, except not for me personally because I don't like the feeling of a toe thong.
I really like the simplicity of B. C is my second choice because they look cute and then the chunkiness of D is kinda fun. A doesn't do it for me.
