Yum!



After Zumba, I love Whole Foods salads with spicy hummus on top. (Beets, mixed greens, spinach, tomatoes, peas, cabbage and arugula).



This is also becoming a new favorite... homemade black beans, broccoli, salsa, rice, and tortilla chips sprinkled on top. It's kind of similar to this, but it's got black beans instead of eggs. At some point I'll have to write about what the girls think of me being a vegan. Heh, it's pretty funny.
