It's important at every age!
Oh, yea, I skipped aerobics class last night, but I went to work out today. And! I'm going to have a few sessions with the personal trainer at the gym so he can show me how to lift weights correctly and use all those machines. I have been working with a friend after the T/Th Zumba class and doing some weights (usually only 10-15 minutes), and that's good, but I should probably be spending at least 2-3 hours week doing weights. That'll be a goal, but who knows how long it will take for me to attain it.
