There's a person who is a "friend of a friend" in facebook.... I think he was in my graduating class from H.S. I think I liked him. I can't quite remember him though. I don't have any specific memories of him, but just that he was a "nice guy." I don't think I'll friend him.

I'm new to FB and am starting to get friend requests from girls I went to high school with whom I got along with okay, but were we really friends? No. What I don't like about it is when they don't even put in a quick little "Hey Colleen--how's life?" You know they just want to look at my pictures, see if I got married, had kids, got fat, etc. Makes me not want to accept, but I do anyway...though I usually write a note on their wall, just to see how much they actually want to be "friends". Heh. I heard/read someone making up new categories instead of friend requests, such as "frienemies" and some others I can't remember the names but it was like "just want to look at your pics", stuff like that. Made me laugh.

Sorry to ramble!
Someone who I vaguely remember and had little opinion of in my year at secondary school is trying to become facebook friends with everyone from our year. I don't get why, at 38, she'd do that. I accepted but I mean to write to her and say "Why not set up a group instead?"
